We hadden op zondagavond ineens last van een lekkage. Flink schrikken! We hadden geen idee waar het vandaan kwam, maar waren er niet gerust op. Gauw… Van Der Zuiden gebeld. Aan de telefoon al goede eerste tips gekregen en daarna afgesproken dat er iemand langs zou komen. Ze gaven aan dat er binnen een half uur een loodgieter zou zijn. Dat was ontzettend fijn. En inderdaad, de loodgieter was er gauw. Ouail (onze loodgieter) ging gauw aan de slag. Hij was ontzettend vriendelijk. Rustig, maar ook heel begripvol voor onze schrik, ging hij te werk. Eerst zoeken naar het probleem. Dat had hij snel gelokaliseerd. Ok zeker te weten dat alles veilig was, checkte hij nog even bij een collega (elektricien). We kregen duidelijke uitleg over het probleem, de mogelijkheden om het op te lossen en de kosten die daarbij zouden komen kijken. Súper fijn. Het probleem verhelpen duurde niet lang. Ouail ging heel goed en kundig te werk, en bleef super vriendelijk en kon ons geruststellen waar nodig. Echt heel tevreden met de goede service en de klantvriendelijkheid! We hopen natuurlijk niet weer in zo’n situatie te komen, maar mocht dat tóch gebeuren, dan weten we wie we moeten bellen! Van Der Zuiden levert goed werk! 👍🏼
