Heel tevreden het weekend in!

★★★★★Wij hadden in onze keuken een lekkage. Er lag een plas water onder de koelkast en wisten niet waar het probleem zat. Wel zagen we een donkere plek op… de betonnen muur achter de koelkast. Hierdoor dachten wij dat het probleem in deze muur zou zitten. De schade aan ons laminaat werd ook steeds erger en er moest iets gebeuren, liever vandaag dan morgen. In eerste instantie hebben wij vrijdag (21 juni) contact opgenomen met onze VVE, waarbij ze samenwerken met verschillende aannemers. Vandaag zou er een bedrijf langskomen, maar we wisten vrijdag al dat dit te laat zou zijn. Bij lekkages moet je soms snel te werk gaan om erger te voorkomen en wij besloten dus zelf een loodgieter te zoeken in Delft. Al snel kwamen we uit bij Van Der Zuiden Installatietechnieken. Dit vanwege de goede reviews en het zat lekker in de buurt. Wij waren ontzettend blij dat de loodgieter binnen twee uur bij ons kon zijn. Ouail (onze loodgieter) is een hele aardige vent met echt hart voor zijn klanten, wat resulteert in de vele goede reviews! Communiceert beleefd en duidelijk en hij probeert het voor de klanten écht zo makkelijk mogelijk te maken. Binnen no-time had Ouail het probleem achterhaald. Hierna liep hij naar zijn bus, pakte exact het gereedschap wat voor de klus benodigd was en ging aan het werk. Probleem opgelost! Niets is te gek voor Ouail en hij denkt graag met de klant mee. Geeft goede tips en is zeer vriendelijk! Heeft u een loodgieter nodig? Twijfel dan niet en geef Van Der Zuiden een belletje! Dankjewel nogmaals! ;)
